 Spearheading Social Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL), a leading NBFC- MFI.  Working in close coordination with line departments to formalize social performance standards and client protection principles in company’s policies and procedures to strengthen sustainability and client protection.  Partnering with investors, corporate and non-profit partners for social initiatives and products.  Stakeholder management including development agencies, local administration, lenders and industry associations for due diligence and reporting.  Coordinating with research and rating agencies for client protection certification, satisfaction surveys, impact assessment, social rating, code of conduct assessments.  Organizing philanthropic initiatives such as financial and leadership empowerment workshops, medical camps, sanitation campaigns, supporting local government schools to strengthen SCNL’s connect with the community.  Facilitated provision of household level toilet and clean water facility for more than 1.25 Lakh SCNL customers through Water and Sanitation Lending.

ACCESS Development Services, OUTLIERS Development Services Pvt Ltd, Sir Syed Trust  Developed a policy brief and 2 To Do Manuals on Agricultural Value Chain Finance (AVCF) for Access Development Services  Documented impact of SRF-SST INRM project interventions in the Mewat region, especially horticulture, kitchen gardens, goat rearing, microfinance and land leveling to enhance the livelihood basket of the resource poor community of the region, for Sir Syed Trust and SRF Foundation.  Led the core team working on Strategic Review of Women Development Program for Government of Nepal and DFID. I was responsible for coordinating with the client and Nepalese local partner firm; designing study framework and survey tools; training of surveyors; supervising data entry and analysis; final report writing.

Worked with Non Profit Organisations- PRADAN, Udyogini, IBTADA, Shri Jagdamba Samiti - Contributed to organizational learning by disseminating internal data and documenting best practices, and qualitative progress. - Strengthened project initiatives through compilation and documentation of project outcomes and impact in the form of project reports, website contents, progress reports etc.
