Part of the project development team conducted technical analysis and on field market research for Serenity Farms. This sustainable food production concept is an energy & water self-sufficient profitable system designed for arid regions, using high-tech greenhouses. Project managed and researched return logistic systems and reusable packaging options for online food delivery services in Hasselt, Belgium. Developed the Quick Assessment SDG tool for evaluating the contribution to the UN SDGs, of investment banking new acquisitions portfolio. Researched and delivered the Roadmap and Vision to achieve 100% Circularity for the largest Dutch beer company. Performed Comparative Life Cycle Analysis and delivered recommendations on the impact of global use of single & reusable cups in festivals and events. Provided project development support to the Venus Project Team, for defining the Center For Resource Management Master Plan.

Mapped the energy efficiency of more than 50 IKEA stores in various global locations and benchmarked results to internal KPI’s. Designed and executed the first Energy and Resources Dashboard for IKEA retail spaces, with information that meets the detail level of both the company and franchisees. Calculated the theoretical energy consumption and energy share distribution of activities within the retail space using quantitative modelling. Identified measures aimed at increasing the energy performance of retail spaces located in various climatic regions.

Managed the Sustainability Audit Program and coordinated sustainability audits within the global supply chain. Ensured audit reports are timely delivered and recommendations in line with the company requirements and KPI's. Supported the Doñana Berry and Sustainable Water Management Group, a working group of SAI Platform, where its members are developing programs aimed at water efficiency training, and legal land assessment of the berry farmers in Doñana area, Spain. Calculated the CO2 and water footprint of the fruit upstream category, in order to assess the impact of the division within the full scope of DANONE. Provided data-driven insights to support the sustainable sourcing strategy using irrigation data for selecting the most sustainable sourcing area. Monthly tracked suppliers compliance on SEDEX platform - a not for profit organisation dedicated to driving improvements in responsible and ethical business practices in global supply chains. Build a sustainability tool kit focused on the safe use of pesticides, for farmers training on best practices.
