Taught English to Grades 8–10, delivering 20 class hours per week using the Cambridge curriculum. Shared strategies, methods, and innovative approaches through weekly master classes (2 hours) for fellow English teachers. Conducted 6 hours of supplementary lessons per week, tailored to students seeking additional support in improving their English skills. Designed curriculum-based extra classes to meet learners’ specific needs and enhance language proficiency. Focused on strengthening students’ speaking and writing skills, ensuring progress in both accuracy and fluency.

As a moderator, I provided structured support to English learners by: Delivering constructive feedback to help learners identify areas for improvement and maintain progress. Guiding correct pronunciation and encouraging accurate grammar usage to strengthen speaking skills. Motivating learners to integrate suggested vocabulary naturally into their expressions. Facilitating learner engagement in speaking activities, ensuring lessons were interactive and learner-centered. BITU students came from Vietnam and Thailand, ranging from children to adults, with my primary focus on adult classes. This role enhanced my ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs and cultural backgrounds while maintaining a supportive and professional learning environment.

Taught English to children aged 4–15, focusing on reading, speaking, listening, comprehension, and grammar from basic to intermediate levels. Provided detailed feedback after each session to parents, highlighting classroom behavior, progress, and areas for improvement. Applied effective classroom management strategies in an online environment to maintain engagement and discipline.
