Privacy, Compliance, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy and Governance in Healthcare. On the front line developing AI governance frameworks that align with human values of quality care.

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for innovative business-driven solutions in the safe and ethical adoption, design, development, deployment, and management of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled systems. • Provide thought leadership across various forums nationally and internationally. • Identify and work with for-profit, nonprofit and civil society partners in the AI-enabled Autonomous Systems, Autonomous Vehicles, Healthcare and Biotechnology, and Banking and Finance industries, as well as the Intellectual Property domain. • Develop and write client-focused AI product/service risk management reports and run related workshops. • Work with international forums on high-quality policy research reports related to emerging tech and AI. • Provide recommendations related to emerging tech and AI to national and international government agencies, as well as intergovernmental organizations.

• Work with the GPAI (Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence) community to bridge the gap between theory and practice on AI. • Contribute to projects of the Responsible AI working group and attend Expert Working Group meetings. • Participate in projects of the advisory committee to shape direction of projects, review research, and contribute to its deliverables, including reports. • Make recommendations on themes to be addressed by the Multi-stakeholder Experts Group Plenary. • Oversee the production of reports and other materials as requested by the Co-Chairs.

• Developed and taught Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation Ethics and Global Policy and Governance. • First course of its kind intersecting AI, Ethics, Law, Technical Design, and Society at Johns Hopkins University.

• 2024-2025 Executive Fellowship Program in the Center of Excellence on Human-Centered Global Economy • Member of the Tech Policy Working Group and Applied AI Working Group to devise tangible solutions with a global community of leaders dedicated to solving the world’s most urgent technology and climate challenges.
