Bio Monica Holder brings a strong aesthetic sense and an ability to translate complex and embryonic ideas into eye-catching images for her clientele. She is an accomplished artist, stylist, and editor; who's multi-talents make her one of the most dynamic young photographers in the region. While photography has long been her first passion, she worked as a professional hairstylist and make-up artist on both coasts. After working in the commercial field of advertisement and publication, Monica opened and operated a successful hair salon and began formally studying photography. What started as a childhood dream quickly developed into a passion for capturing amazing images. After completing internships and extensive classroom training, Monica began her freelance career and pursued photography full-time. She further developed her personal 'eye for beauty' and ability to ‘create a stunning and gorgeous look’ for her subjects in Atlanta, Georgia. This evolution of an artist has made her work both respected and successful. In addition to her freelance photography, art direction, and trainings, she currently teaches digital photography at The Showcase School of Photography in Atlanta, GA.
