Teamit is recruiting, cultivating and sustaining high-performing remote teams working with North American clients sourcing talent from Canada and Brazil. Awarded a $1.500 prize and a substantial salary increase for best performer in the company during my first 4 months on the job. Recruited for IT professionals, both contractors and employees. (Developers, QA’s, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Project Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, OCM’s, Sys Admin, Tech Support, SDET’s, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Designers and more). Highly successful at building teams for startups that are in the growth stage. Managed the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously. Conducted comprehensive intake meetings to thoroughly understand hiring needs and role requirements. Had a 50x50 split of contractors versus permanent placements. Conducted thorough candidate assessments, encompassing resume screening, quick phone screens and full interviews, and provided insightful recommendations to hiring managers. Utilized multiple tools to find top talent, both passive candidate sourcing (referral calls and boolean searches in Bullhorn) and active candidate sourcing techniques (linkedin recruiter, peopleGPT, github, twitter, behance). Maintained accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Bullhorn, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Hubspot lead management. Built and maintained strong relationships with candidates, prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience. Supported candidates through the interview process by preparing them for interviews. Represented the company at virtual job fairs and at Tech events in Calgary. Spearheaded the D&I program within the company with 2 other colleagues.

We host fun monthly events in Calgary for people wanting to network in the tech community. This is just something I do for fun, I am still employed as a technical recruiter.
