- Administrating, Supervising and upgrading system resource. - Deploy new OS Oracle database - Manage databases : Manage Schemas, Check Tablespace, Add Datafile, Monitor mount point server database. - Monitor alarm SMS database, Instance, TABLESPACE, Index, Performance server such as CPU, RAM, IO, Session,Status backup fail, monitor mount point archived database - Study solution of backup and Period executing backup, restore system resource. (Solve problems when backup error. Configure RMAN backup for new server database. - Prepare resource database for new month. All month at the end month from 20th to 25th system department will make plan to declare partition for new month - Fix some error with database that other department request - Support Kill lock session, session hang running, End job running - Kill session inactive a lot on database. - Restart database, Cut Over database - Cycle life for store new data. - Coordinate with other department turning database when health check. - Solving problem and complaint related with software system. - Manage guideline about database section, update guideline usually.

- Manage information of all devices of IT & Billing Servers, PCs, Networks, Firewall,Switches, Storage and other device network devices include Rack. - Install new or upgrade patch OS Linux (Centos, Readhat, and Fedora), Ubuntu, Solaris and Windows. - Manage Xen server (VM). - Installing new servers or new devices of IT & Billing - Optimizing and upgrading system. - Apply Security on User, OS and Windows. - Administrating on Application KPI for Monitor Performanceof all servers. - Administrating on Application Manager for Monitor all server usage and status OS via Alert SMS. - Manage all account access to the billing system. - Administrating connection of all server billing, system. (Both IPtables and Firewall) - Ensuring the system safety 24/24h. - Corporate and make the connection with all system in and outside company.
