-Manage strategic annual contracts for our clients ( especially for multinational companies ) to determine the desired quantities for placing our orders -Negotiation process as we have to agreed together on the best competitive price , best payment term and best delivery schedule for both our stock ( to be sold locally) and for our clients (direct importation to our clients against commission for our company). -Following the whole dispatch process from documentation and assure the fully approval for the same before legalization process. -Following the delivery of goods to our warehouses or to the warehouses of our clients , and following with our clients to resolve any complaints related to quality , packing and service , as we have to investigate how to solve the same. -Maintain regular communication with our logistics department to check for the stock at our warehouses, so we can proceed for placing orders with the desired quantities to keep our regular safe stock. -Participate in tenders through offering best competitive prices and find the best way to win those tenders through analyzing the prices of our competitors very well. -Expanding our business by promoting our products in our market through sourcing for new reliable suppliers for our products overall the world and finding new clients -Customer satisfaction is always our main target which can be obtained through our market survey.

-Analyzing the fluctuation of prices for every item during the year ( it must be done for many different years ) so we can choose the best time during the year for placing our orders ( it depends on the specification of every item ) -Process all orders and ensure compliance to all custom laws and regulations and work to analyze all suppliers’ performance and manage communication with suppliers and maintain high standards of all service delivery, and to ensure from completing the process of documentation in effective way -We have to ensure that our purchase plan is comply with our sales process to avoid any loss can be raised due to the suddenly fluctuation in the prices of our products -We have to follow with our clients in regular basis to keep their loyalty for our company through offering them best service, best price, best agreed payment terms.

-Outsourcing for new suppliers related to our raw materials based on best price, quality, service and availability either for our stock or for participating in tender. -We have to approve the quality through getting samples and trail orders till we can agreed on the reliable approved suppliers -Check order confirmation from suppliers against our purchase orders and report for any discrepancy to supplier -Contacting with shipping companies to get best freight in case if the shipment will be based on FOB or Ex-Works. -Control the whole process and ensure the approval of all required documents till the arrival of the goods to our warehouses.
