* My position at Grupo Eulen in the office of Las Palmas was a dual one. My duties as Recruitment Coordinator included: * Writing ads and posting vacancies. * Classifying applications. * Interviewing candidates in person and on the phone. As an Special Needs Employment Centre Psychologist my duties included: * Interviewing each employee to detect their needs related to their personal and social adjustment within their position. * Leading individual and group workshops for employees with special needs, for example: Effective Communication, Empathy, etc .; Therapeutic sessions for the management of anxiety; Weekly monitoring of employees with special needs.
