As the Manager of PMO at MedSpeed, I oversee the company's project portfolio of 10+ active projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. I am motivated by the mission of MedSpeed to improve the delivery of healthcare through innovative logistics solutions, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different roles and functions within the organization. In my previous role as a Project Manager at MedSpeed, I managed the company's top priorities by overseeing projects that were completed on time and within budget. This included forming project plans, designating project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. I also supported existing operations by providing reports, proposing margin improvement and client savings, and preparing customer's quarterly business reviews. I leveraged my communication, data analysis, and organization skills to ensure the success of each project and the satisfaction of each customer. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I recently obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification to enhance my project management competencies and credentials.
