Communicated with students and community employers to facilitate job-shadowing experiences for students enrolled at the University of Central Florida.

* Provided ongoing counseling to adolescent, preadolescent, and adult clients. * Gained experience providing therapy to couples and family systems. * Collaborated with clients in the development of individualized treatment plans ranging from self esteem enhancement and coping skills to family/relational issues. * Facilitated group therapy for adolescents battling addiction.

* Provided group, family, and individual counseling to children and parents within an elementary school setting. * Maintained caseload of 25-35 clients, administered psychosocial assessments, identified treatment goals, assessed progress toward goals, managed clinical paperwork. * Lead groups toward goals related to decision making, self-control, social skills, family issues, family change, understanding and communicating feelings, coping skills, anger management, and grief/loss. * Prepared targeted classroom presentations for DHH population and 5th grade population based upon teacher and school report of population mental health needs. * Presented seven-week curriculums to 1st grade classrooms to promote resiliency, self esteem, conflict resolution strategies, and bully prevention.
