Molly McGuire

As the Managing Partner of TerryWhite Chemmart Wilsonton, Prescribing Pharmacist, and 2025 TerryWhite Chemmart National Pharmacist of the Year, I am driven by a core mission: ensuring all patients—regardless of their health literacy—have safe, informed, and compassionate access to healthcare. Honoured to be named the 2023 Future Leader of the Year by the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce, I lead with empathy, dedication, and a deep commitment to improving health outcomes through evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient engagement. I am also the founder of “It’s Cool to Talk Grief,” an annual event dedicated to creating space for raw and real conversations about grief. We support the Toowoomba Hospice by raising funds and breaking the stigma around death, loss, and emotional vulnerability in our community. As a passionate advocate for disability rights in both education and healthcare, my perspective is shaped by personal experience—I’m a proud mum of two boys, including my son Alfie, who lives with a rare disability. This fuels my fight for more inclusive, accessible, and equitable health systems. A firm believer in the power of storytelling, I openly share my experiences with mental health to support others and normalise the conversation. Whether it’s in the pharmacy, in the community, or on stage, I lead with kindness, intelligence, and the belief that healthcare is about people first.
