* Residential Manager * · Hire, orient, evaluate and supervise new and existing professional staff * · Coordinate all shifts and individuals daily activities * · Approve and verify billing notes for Medicaid payments * · Responsible for maintaining the group homes operating budget * · Work closely with service coordinator, medical team LPN’s/RN’s, and residents families on an on-going basis * · Assist residents with reaching, achieving and maintaining their highest potential * · Maintain physical environment of the residence and ensure the safety and well-being of medically fragile * developmentally disabled adults as well as those individuals with other medical issues * · On call (24/7) for emergency situations, to fill shifts, and answer staff questions and or concerns

· Participated in IEP meetings and developed appropriate goals and benchmarks for students with special needs · Planned, implemented and provided tailor made instructional lessons to individual students, and small interactive student groups in various academic areas based on each IEP

* 1:1 Teacher Aide * · Provided one on one supervision and instruction to a student with behavioral and emotional needs under the direction of the classroom teacher * · Provided crisis intervention strategies than enabled the child’s well-being
