As an aerial instructor, with an emphasis on aerial yoga, I lead both group and private sessions tailored to all skill levels. I emphasize on teaching proper technique, injury prevention, and mindful movement while maintaining a relaxing and positive environment for all my students. My teachings generally incorporate strength, mobility, flexibility, and breath work into creative aerial flows in which students can deepen their knowledge on mind-body connection and build confidence!
