My career began with a position with Mattress Firm in the Indianapolis area. I quickly progressed to Assistant Store Manager of the Lafayette, IN location. One of my proudest accomplishments with the organization was making the Top 10 for sales list after having sold over $14k in one day. I now currently work at NextGear capital, the industry leader in technology and service for Floorplan Services. I was chosen as one of five candidates to lead a pilot program in Florida to internalizes our audit team. The program has now been expanded to 5 states. I returned to the corporate office as a Floorplan Services Advisor specializing in accounts over $3 million. Daily I review and process sensitive floor plan requests, maintain an open communication with dealers and their performance managers, and completes special projects assigned by my team lead.
