As 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, I led the upstream R&D processes for the development of biosimilar monoclonal antibodies, including Cetuximab and Rituximab. I was responsible for optimizing cell culture processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality production in compliance with GMP standards. Spearheaded upstream R&D for biosimilar monoclonal antibodies, driving end-to-end process development for Cetuximab and Rituximab Led mammalian cell culture operations in shaker flasks and bench-scale bioreactors, optimizing conditions for high cell viability and product yield Refined upstream parameters to boost consistency, scalability, and regulatory readiness under GMP guidelines Partnered closely with downstream teams to enhance purification efficiency and total recovery Executed key analytical assays (SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, ELISA) to confirm product quality, identity, and integrity

As 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐩𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦, I played a key role in the upstream development of biosimilars, including Filgrastim, Rituximab, and Cetuximab.
