-Monitor the performance of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment using SCADA, Data Explorer, and Grafana. -Keep track of both AC and DC power generation to ensure everything runs smoothly. -Identify and report any issues or faults to maintain optimal plant performance. -Handle solar power forecasting (every 5 minutes), real-time monitoring, and day-ahead energy nominations. -Operate key equipment like inverters, RMUs, switchgears, and control panels; coordinate with LRCC and NGCP during plant shutdowns. -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance, maintenance, and compliance. -Maintain proper documentation and checklists for completed maintenance tasks. -Support and supervise routine maintenance, service, and troubleshooting activities on-site. -Work with the team on preventive and corrective maintenance to inspect, test, and fix any issues.
