* Overall operations of the restaurant when active as manager on duty. * Involve in making wine and cocktail selection for menu planning and promotions. * Handling booking and attending the groups. * Checking of stock and updating alcoholic beverages. * Briefing to all F&B Waiting Staff * Taking Orders of guests and suggestions. * Training to all F&B waiting Staff * Handling guest’s complaints & resolving the same. * Assisting Restaurant Manager in all kind of Restaurant Operations.

* Alignment and setting up of the bar. * Stock management and food and drink trials. * Staff training and learning various service cultures. * Handling of VIP functions and bookings prior opening the outlets.

* Handling all Bar operations in Lounge bar, dispense bar and bar counters at banquets operations. * Booking tables and taking orders. * Operating MICROS for bar sales, stock counting, billings etc. * Promoting the various promotions and packages of the outlets. * Making various types of cocktails and mock-tails as per recipe. * Handling guest’s complaints & resolving the same. * Assisting Captain in day to day operations for smooth service. * Taking Orders of guests * Handling Guest Complaints

* Overall operations of the restaurant when active as supervisor on duty. * Overall allocation of duties for the bar staffs. * Maintaining and updating the daily consumption and stocking of all alcohols and drinks. * Maintaining the bar for the day to day operations ( glassware, stock and equipments) * Handling the events and promotions with the assistance of event manager.
