Areas of Expertise: Façade Quantity Surveyor / Estimator  Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade projects as per received Inquires  To study the projects specs. and enquire for the materials with suppliers to price accurately.  Raise RFI’s for missing or contradictory details.  To attends meeting with clients to clarify the prices and project scopes.  Measure and quantify materials required for façade construction from drawings and specifications.  Prepare detailed Material take-offs.  Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions.  Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for auditing and review purposes.  To assist contract team to Handle contract claims, variations, and disputes.  To prepare project completion schedules, Monitor timely progress and delay.  maintaining strong relationships with clients  Work on risk Management strategies Façade Designer  Analyze and study all Project Elements including the BOQ, Specification, IFC drawings  Provide conceptual drawings/design sketches and reports are required for schematic, design development, production and installation phases of projects.  Prepare and submit the shop drawing schedule along with planed submission program as required by the Project team/ Main Contractor  Prepare Shop drawings of multiple façade components as per project scope.  Prepare/check the material “take-off”  To issue all production drawings and coordinate with Project Managers and Factory Manager.  coordinating the work of other team members and coordinating work with building professionals of other disciplines.  As Project Team Leader, monitor and report on team performance against agreed timelines, and Quality of work  Responsible for maintaining the drawings as per civil defense Regulations and to maintain efficient fixation as per engineering standard  Identify and address design issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and proposing effective solutions.  Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team  To attend site meetings with Consultants and Contractors, and attending to all their requirements providing them with weekly updates, follow ups with submittals and approvals.
