Director of Engineering & Design (Design Office, Production Engineering, Client & Class Interface) Provide overall leadership and technical authority for the Design Office and Production Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project, production, and business objectives. Act as the primary technical interface with customers during bidding, project execution, and post-award stages, ensuring full compliance with contractual and technical requirements. Lead bid and tender engineering activities, including technical proposals, compliance matrices, preliminary designs, risk assessments, and value engineering solutions. Oversee project engineering execution, managing design development, engineering schedules, resources, and technical deliverables across multiple projects. Serve as the main liaison with Classification Societies and regulatory authorities, coordinating plan approvals, addressing technical comments, and ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and statutory requirements. Ensure designs are constructible, cost-effective, and production-ready, providing continuous engineering support to fabrication and construction teams. Resolve complex technical issues arising during design, production, and commissioning phases, including management of engineering changes and deviations. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, establishing engineering standards, procedures, KPIs, and quality controls. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, design quality, and cross-department coordination between design, production, quality, and procurement.

- New Shipbuilding & Offshore Experience : Prepare equipment & piping material lists based on owner requirements & technical specifications. - Piping Design & Compliance : Develop and review P&IDs per ABS Class Rules & Statutory Regulations. - Fire Protection & Equipment Review : Assess fire control plans, firefighting systems, and equipment manuals. - Procurement & Material Selection: Select and issue purchase requests for pumps, fire suppression systems, pipes, valves, and instruments. - Vendor & Stakeholder Communication : Conduct technical discussions to ensure vendor compliance with design requirements. - Industry Collaboration : Attend technical meetings with designers, vendors, and ABS class experts. - 3D Modeling & Routing Review: Ensure piping drawings, 3D models, and pipe routing meet compliance standards. - Engineering Quality Control : Review engineers' work to ensure design compliance. - Construction Support: Provide technical support during piping construction. - Machinery & Equipment Review: Evaluate main & auxiliary machinery specifications. - Piping Standards & Compliance : Familiar with NS, JIS, ANSI, ASTM standards and apply per project needs. - Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to ABS Rules, SOLAS, and GCC Code in construction. - Shipyard Standards Development: Establish & Develop piping construction standards. - Problem-Solving & Design Adjustments: Identify design issues and recommend improvements. - Documentation & Trials: Prepare piping operation manuals, berth & Sea acceptance trials Protocols. - Interdisciplinary Coordination : Collaborate with engineering departments and vendors.

Senior Marine Surveyor • Perform Hull & machinery damage surveys: nature, extent and cause of damage, steel weight calculations and cost of repairs. • Perform P&I / H&M Condition, surveys. • Perform On hire/ off hire surveys. • Perform Flag Entry & Annual Safety inspections. • Perform General Condition Inspections. • Perform ISM / ISSP audits. • Perform Pre-Purchase Survey. • Perform Pre- Selling Survey. • Issue technical Reports & Recommendations to clients.

- Supervise the design and validation of piping P&ID schematic drawings, ensuring compliance with owner requirements, class rules, and project specifications. - Review all piping drawings and P&IDs to align with design, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. - Ensure timely submission of piping diagrams for class approval and oversee the resolution of all class c comments. - Supervise and guide the 3D routing of piping systems, ensuring optimal layout, space management, and compliance with structural constraints. - Oversee the preparation of 2D piping drawings, layouts, and ISOMs, ensuring all necessary details are i included for accurate fabrication and installation. - Provide technical guidance to the piping production team, ensuring full understanding of design details and resolving any technical issues. - Conduct on-site inspections to ensure piping installations adhere to approved drawings, class regulations, and owner requirements. - Supervise the issuance of Bills of Materials (BOM) for pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, and other components, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs. - Ensure proper material selection, verifying that all piping materials and equipment meet design specifications, class rules, and operational requirements. - Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of piping materials, preventing project delays. - Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure seamless system integration across disciplines. - Support construction and commissioning by troubleshooting piping-related issues and implementing necessary modifications. - Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while optimizing design processes.

• Receive & Plan Review for all piping P&IDs, Workshop drawings & equipment Manuals. • Prepare all sequence for piping and machinery works and installations. • Prepare all productions plans & manpower required for all piping works. • Ensure that all works are going on as per plan. • Continuous follow up for piping work and ensure that all processes are according to design and Class requirements. • Monitors technical quality, continuity and timeliness of action for all projects. • Attending all class surveys and inspections for piping systems and equipment. • Attending all berth & sea trials for all vessels and responsible for piping systems operations. • Troubleshooting of operation problems during dock & sea trials and prepare methods to solve.

• Prepare Material & equipment lists for all Project bids and make estimation of all man hours and materials cost. • Prepare Purchase request for all pumps, Fixed fire suppression systems, pipes, valves and instruments According to ABS class & Design requirements for all piping systems of all projects. • Prepare and plan review piping schematic P&IDs diagrams for new Building Projects based on ABS Class Rules & Statutory Regulations requirements. • Review for all piping drawing 3D Modeling & Routing & Ensure complying to Rules & Regulations. • Technical discussions and technical support to equipment vendors to ensure that all requirements have been fulfilled. • Attending technical Meetings with Designers, Vendors & ABS class Experts. • Reading all equipment manuals to ensure equipment interface with piping systems. • Review for all machinery and equipment specifications for all projects. • Use for piping standards NS, JIS, ANSI, ASTM. • Review drawings, Materials & equipment and ensure that all work is going according to ABS Rules for piping requirements. • Continuous follow up for on going projects and providing necessary technical support and technical solutions for problems encountered.

• Piping engineer responsible for piping fabrication, testing, operation for all new construction vessels (offshore supply, Buoy Laying, Diving support, tug boats,….). • Attending Tanks fitting, testing, final closing for all new construction vessels”. • Arrangement of Sea chests and overboard valves fitting for all new construction vessels. • Responsible for Installation and operation for all piping connections for main and auxiliary machinery. • Scheduling for all piping work before and after launching for ongoing projects. • Preparing the manpower necessary for all ongoing projects. • Ensure that all works are going on as per plan. • Continuous follow up for piping work and ensure that all processes are according to design and Class requirements. • Monitors technical quality, content, consistency, continuity and timeliness of action for all projects. • Attending all class surveys and inspections for piping systems and equipment. • Attending all berth & sea trials for all vessels and responsible for piping systems operations. • Troubleshooting of operation problems and prepare methods to solve.

Follow Up Construction Progress Of AL HURREYA 2 RO-RO Vessel including attending production progress meetings and the following; ·       Follow up & Reporting Steel construction (Block system) and fairing operations. ·       Follow & Reporting Mechanical installations, shaft alignment and installation. ·       Follow up & Reporting Piping work shop and piping systems installation on board. ·       Issue production Progress reports and achievement percent of each department.

Technical Office Engineer II. ·       Issue Drawings modification and as built of drawings for new construction vessels. ·       Prepare Bids’ Technical offers and Preliminary Design For Tug Boats, Floating Restaurants and barges. ·       Prepare Bill of materials for ongoing projects. ·       Prepare workshop drawings for ongoing works. ·       Closing Class comments on drawings and ensure that no technical outstandings.

·       Performing top and complete overalls for Main and Auxiliary Engines for ENC Fleet vessels. ·       Performing preventive and corrective various maintenances. ·       Preparation of work instructions according to manuals. ·       Preparation of spare parts & special tools.
