Main task for me is ensure that the client's requirements are met , the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Once kick of meeting is helded , My typical responsibilities include as follows: 1- Planning 2- Executing 3- Monitor& Control Works 4- Evaluate and update Performance at site ( Scope , time , Quality ,cost ) 5- Estimate time and effort required for each task 6- Communicate all stakeholders and coordinate in between 7- Progress meetings, technical meetings 8- Doing Brainstorming with my project team to Find very fast solutions save the day 9- Doing preventive actions and corrective actions if required in the right time 10- Reporting to my Functional Manager with Site dairies, weekly reports and Monthly Reports. 11- Prepare for Gate Passes, Logistic, and transportations. 12- Revising Drawings submittal, Materials submittals , Materials inspections and Procurement logs. 13 - HSE Management system awareness. 14- Experience providing Expert technical review of schematic/detailed design drawings, specifications and BOQ for comments 15- Coordinating Assembly points and PPE with Safety Officer. 16- Hiring Equipments Arrangements and agreements. 17- Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress. 18 - Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained. 19- Manage project budget and resource allocation 20- Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher Levels. 21- Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions. 22- following test and commissioning of all materials on site and equipments. 23- Drainage system design, Calculations and execution. 24- Irrigation design, Calculations and execution. 25- Water features works implementation. 26- Soft landscape 3d design and execution. My principle on this world , LIFE IS A BIG CHALANGE AND I HAVE TO WIN.

I have done many Mechnical and landscape designs including of All levels of complexity From small projects( villas , palaces, etc ... To large projects golf courses , football soccer fields , villages outside of egypt like (Turkey , Istanbul ) , ( Sudan , Khartoum ) and my duties were included as follows 1-Designing and Revising all Mechanical drawings , Irrigation , Plumping , Landscape layouts. 2- Held meeting with my team disscussing all technical calculations and complying of comments and remarks. 3- Attend meetings with clients and Subcontractors 4- Revise all Material submittals and Inspection requets 5- Quantity survey 6- Prepare for BOQs 7- Pricing 8- Document Control 9- Reviw Project Plan and Update base line

1- Review plan with project manager to prepare for site excution. 2- prepare for mobilization area to be ready to use. 3- Prepare for storage Area to be ready to use. 4- follow up all permissions with government and municipalities. 5- Organized Qty of Labors, Non labors and Materials and be ready to use. 6- Doing Site dairy and send reports of project Performance and productivity to project Manager 7- Defining and analyzing issues on project. 8- Monitoring and controlling scope of work of project. 9- Comply with consultant requirements and put schedule to meet project dead line time. 10 - Ensure designs/deliverables compliant with scope of work and contract requirements, 11 - Handing over and supervise testing and commissioning of project. 12- Review materials samples, shop drawings, performance designs for compliance with specifications. 13 -Write reports and presentations for client

1- Excute scope of work related to Irrigation system , Drainage system, Water featuares to meet deliverables per clients schedule. 2-Reviews proposed irrigation and water feature systems and materials for local compliance, quality and suitability to local conditions. 3- Ensures designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements before starting Excution on site. 4- Submit and track comments, queries, technical clarifications, etc
