As Project Consultant D-SAG i was involved in Implementation and Monitoring of Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (CMs Ten Point Programme) with a special focus on Public Private Partnership (PPP) based Skill Training Projects for doubling the income of the tribal youth of Gujarat through providing sustainable employment opportunities by imparting skill / training. Some of the projects partners include – Career Launcher, IMS pro school, PRAKSHAL, ICECD, Indo German Tool Room, Aide-et- Action. Major roles include liasioning with all partners, funding and monitoring of the projects on behalf of State Government. Key Responsibilities handled are:  Formulating project proposals for Government of India and State Government (FD or line departments) for seeking funds for projects.  Online monitoring of the projects through CPMS.  Initiated the concept of review meetings of projects and formulated format of Monthly Progress Report (MPR).  Preparing annual action plans.  Exhaustive monitoring exercise in field, regular field visits and submission of field notes in time.  Drafting work orders, payment orders, other correspondence with all Partners and other stakeholders of the projects.  Liaisoning with the operational level officers of other government departments such as Finance, Revenue, district Public Administrators, Tribal Commissioner’s office, Chief Secretary Office, etc.
