About
I started my career in media in 2008, then joined Ogilvy Public Relations in 2012. In 2016, I moved to L’Oréal Indonesia as Brand Communications Manager and was promoted to Corporate Communications Manager in 2017. I led Garnier’s Green Beauty transformation, including launching eRecycle — Indonesia’s first online–offline recycling platform by a beauty brand — and securing endorsement from the Ministry of Environment. I’ve also worked on various community empowerment initiatives. In 2023, I was appointed as Director of Corporate Responsibility to lead L’Oréal Indonesia’s sustainability agenda across climate, water, biodiversity, resources, community, and finance. Now, I serve as Public Affairs Director, driving engagement with government, industry bodies, and international chambers to support policy advocacy and long-term investment priorities.
