Selected to serve as a Venture Associate/Scout at the distinguished Oxford Seed Fund (OSF), I play a critical role in scouting, funding, and championing high-potential early-stage startups and visionary founders within the dynamic University of Oxford ecosystem. As Europe’s largest and one of the world’s foremost student-led seed funds, OSF has recently reached a pivotal milestone with a remarkable £2.5m investment from Oxford Science Enterprises. This strategic funding boost enables us to quintuple the number of startups we can support, amplifying our impact over the next three years. The OSF has invested £500K in 24 early-stage startups across various industries. I am proud to contribute to a legacy of innovation and job creation on a global scale.

At Hermesa, I focus on identifying and investing in high-potential, women (co)founded startups in their pre/seed stages through the HERmesa Angel Syndicate. I play a key role in enhancing our investment strategies by integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria into our investment decisions.
