• Responsible for overall Operation and Comprehensive Maintenances of MSAN, FTTH & Metro E Contract/ System.(Huawei UA5000 and Huawei MA5600). • Develop and implement processes, staffing requirement & spare management to maximize performance of the teams and continuously strive for process improvement in relation to the O&M support. • Ensure the Operational Maintenance and routines are on scheduled and completed. • Take responsibility for Network Operations Department Operational, Health & Safety, Security and Fire Standards. • Measure the effectiveness of the operational organization against set criteria and recommend and implement changes to staffing and organization to optimize performance. • Liaison with TM RNO/TM NOC and on operational issues specific to the organization and with Huawei to solve system issue. • Ensure the software release of Access and Core is updated and apply emergency patch when applicable, preventive Maintenance & troubleshooting of all elements. • To perform configuration changes in the system and work closely with Network Operation Center on network elements fault restoration. • Communicate with customer on support processes, staffing, performance review, reports submission, spare management review & SLA monitoring.
