o Established PM strategy for Mechanical part such as greasing lubrication, service, replacement & routine inspection for all part in the line e.g., bearing, shaft, gearbox, pump, pulleys, sprocket, transfer belts, conveyor & structure. o Execute all the identified PM strategy on time & evaluate the performance of equipment accordingly. o Manage unplanned breakdown by focusing on critical & high priority equipment to achieve highest production up time. o Manage spare parts for upstream and downstream machines also facilities. o Plan for (Repair and Maintenance) expenses for upstream and downstream machines also facilities. o Manage facilities equipment services with vendor for air compressor, dryer, overhead crane and keep tracking records and service reports. o Give full support to production team to solve and execute action plan in term of machine equipment issue, quality issue, also safety concern highlighted in daily meeting. o Liaise with external vendor & auditor related mechanical maintenance. o Plan yearly overhauling job for PMA, PMT, PMD equipment in order to comply and pass the JKKP inspection for permit renewal. o Train subordinates to aware, practice and comply to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. o Internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. o Champion for machinery safety, responsible to execute necessary countermeasure regarding machinery safety and guarding for all machines.

o Perform, lead, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issue involving production equipment. o Perform daily individual visual checking on equipment to verify any issue highlight by production or abnormalities found by inspection team. o Analyze downtime data, present reports, propose and execute action plans to reduce or eliminate major downtime. o Plan job list, spare part and manpower required for preventive maintenance activities after meeting with production team and get a month planning production line stoppage date. o Ensure all job orders for maintenance are up to date and completion in timely manner. o Ensure all data, spare part drawings are being kept properly in order to fabricate or order spare units for production. o Responsible to ensure chlorination and scrubber system are in good condition for four plants, monitor system operation, equipment and instruments condition, arrange with production for scrubber service, troubleshoot any related issues and train production worker to follow standard procedure in handling chlorine equipment. o Perform any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.

o Hands on troubleshooting recovering problems that occur during course of job and propose improvement if needed. o Perform daily inspection to the machine equipment using visual and inspection tools. o Propose and execute improvement related to machine upon requested by superior. o Liaise with suppliers for troubleshooting and spare parts. o Deal with production department in to make sure cutters, punchers, and tool and die in good condition and already to run. o Ensure all safety aspect being followed to prevent injury to persons and damage to the machine. o Organize spare parts, chemical storage, and control of stocks. o Record downtime issues and communicate between shift engineers.

o Observed production processes and quickly identified issues to reduce downtime. o Acquired knowledge of industry standards and regulations pertaining to production processes. o Calculated production line efficiency, submitting findings to supervisors. o Implement and fabricate Kaizen ideas. o Time study and production line performance improvement study. o Quality issue study and report. o Getting exposure on CNC process of automotive parts.
