Leading the Field Service Team and coordinating the project all matters related to project content especially for Uninterruptible power Supply (UPS) commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective Maintenance; Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines Regular liaison with the government and customer authorities on all project-related matters Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions; Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements; Managing tools and inventory for UPS Electrical and Mechanical works including purchase new, calibration and disposal; Documentation for every project which including Field Report, Time Sheet and SAT.

Responsibilities: Directly assist users by answering technical questions concerning operating and software systems. Create and circulate to data processing staff members a technical library of publications, book and manufacturers' manuals for Oil And Gas Service Equipment under Dialog Group Notify staff of changes in system capabilities through technical bulletins Establish planning aids for projects(AMS), control and reporting systems, scheduling systems and performance measurements Represent the company in professional and manufacturers' users groups Select and/or modify operating systems (ERP and DIPS), operating system components, and software systems to meet specialized installation needs Develop and disseminate standards related to use of software systems and any system-related problems Design data based to fulfill current and future application systems needs. Strictly enforce company data base standards Write and administer policies and procedures designed to protect and control the security of company's data and computer programs Manage and plan equipments movement for oil and gas plant services purpose covering6 major subsidiary companies under Dialog Group Berhad Research and identify hardware and software alternatives for handling present and future requirements Analyse and test alternative equipment and software configurations and recommend appropriate alternatives to management Oversee system components, supplier relations, acceptance testing, and supervision of Dialog systems Prepare Technical Evaluation(TE) for new equipments needed by projects (Example: Forklift, Water Jet, Crane, Welding Machine, Air Compressor etc) Liaise with government bodies for equipment certificate such as DOSH, PUSPAKOM and JPJ Prepare equipment rental policy for Asset Management Department
