Job Responsibilities:  Daily attend the Shop floor production meeting & solves all issues of quality & production-related & receive the countermeasure as per requirement.  Proper technical support to the marketing and design team.  Developed new products, materials, for new development.  Deal with various types of problems to the customer and vendor.  Work on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for repeated Defects.  Responsible for Corrective & Preventive Action on in Process rejection.  Knowledge about printing & packaging material testing equipment.  Ensuring quality in production. Initiate corrective action to solve quality problems in production.  Ensuring inspection of incoming materials and ensuring that they meet the requirements.  Ensuring proper maintain of records, soft copy, and hard copy if required.  Lead a team of quality, auditors, and technicians.  Maintaining, reviewing, & updating of SOP.  Maintaining quarterly & yearly audit

Key Deliverables:  Handling development related tasks including planning, screen darkroom control and process designing.  Providing technical capabilities and solutions for Alternate Raw Material Developments products, processes, and equipment.  Fully operation procedure of the Kamman K-15R, Kamman-K-R, Miyakoshi, Hanky (all of high speed PLC integrated Fully Automatic Screen printing machines), Hanky Offset (Dry offset Printing) machine.  Steering the R&D operations and packaging development to attain business goals, entailing cost, quality, yields & customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:  Organized Process Control, Feasibility Trials of New Product, SPC with OEM Client (Verbatim, TDK & SONY).  Make the SOP for OEM and Non-OEM products.  Developing the new ink packaging materials and trials.  Coordinate during the Printing machine installation and SPC.  Proper follow & Guide to subordinates, check the Process Parameter and till the report same time.  New vendor development for cost-saving.  Make the SOP for OEM and Non-OEM products.  Customer complaint analysis & resolve the proper channel.  Ink preparation according to job & shade matching.  Root Cause analysis for the problem occurred in the printing.

Printing the Daily edition and supplements of Hindustan Times and maintaining its printing schedules and deadlines. Successfully carried out pre-make-ready and make ready operation before Printing. Maintain Solid (color and Black Ink) density, color matching by Grey Balance, Tabs Spine Fold, Cut off Register deviation. Successfully carried out trouble shooting of problems is web-offset press and reduce machine down time.
