As a process development engineer, I am responsible to introduce new technology and method into production line. Whether to develop the process equipment in-house or out-sourcing from external vendor. I also involved to make all the production process moving towards Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0), by making all the equipments are interconnected and have a realtime monitoring anywhere anytime.

As an electrical maintenance engineer, generally I am responsible to ensure all the equipments and machines in the factory are in a good conditions. This also includes: 1. Troubleshooting machine's electrical, program or control issue 2. Doing improvement to reduce or eliminate breakdown 3. Conducting preventive maintenance to avoid major breakdown 4. Keep track of spare parts inventory 5. Liaise with vendor/supplier for further technical support or project 6. Replace and upgrade old hardware with latest and robust hardware 7. Assist other departments for technical support

As a Control Engineer, I am responsible to: 1) Develop and design Main control panel (MCP) layout 2) Design Electrical drawing/schematic for machines and system 3) Study and select the suitable components to be used in MCP 4) Design and develop PLC program for machines/system 5) Setup interface for machine to communicate with other machine 6) Conduct study on new machine sequence, mechanism and programming 7) Involved in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) both in-house and at site 8) Troubleshoot machine/system at site 9) Modify and improve current machine as per customer's request 10) Setting up Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) 11) Design and program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) 12) Liase with Process Engineer, RnD Engineer and Mechanical Engineer during development phase
