A Senior Drilling Engineer (DD Contracts Holder) in a techno-commercial role overseeing the entire Directional Drilling contract lifecycle from pre-tendering through post-award execution. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲: • M͟a͟r͟k͟e͟t͟ ͟S͟h͟a͟r͟e͟ ͟M͟o͟n͟i͟t͟o͟r͟i͟n͟g͟ ͟&͟ ͟A͟d͟j͟u͟s͟t͟m͟e͟n͟t͟: Budgeted/contractual vs actual market share through robust cost estimation and job allocations per the available funding. • O͟t͟h͟e͟r͟ ͟P͟o͟s͟t͟-͟C͟o͟n͟t͟r͟a͟c͟t͟ ͟D͟u͟t͟i͟e͟s͟: Communication with the contractors, evaluation of contractors’ performance (KPI), pro-forma invoices reviewing and approving, approval of new technology & field trials. Cost estimation of new wells and submission to the AFEs. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Discuss the A/C standards with the KOC Engineering and Shell Consulting teams. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 (𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆): Nominated to build a new performance-based contract model by turning the current contract into a footage-based contract. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆): • Design and implement a robust data management system through software that ensures data integrity and quality. • Design the flow chart of data feed through different parties (KOC field personnel, Contractors’ field, and office personnel).

Working as Senior Drilling Engineer – Directional Drilling in the Halfaya Development Project of 450K BOPD as a member of the Drilling Operation & Engineering team: • Handling 13 rigs of continuous directional drilling jobs with multiple anticollision issues, especially in top holes. • Supervising and coordinating all DD jobs done by contractors in Halfaya Development Project. • Analysis of technical engineering reviews and implementation keeping in mind budget control. • Participated in delivering the basis of the well design, AFE cost and time, Drilling Program, and SOPs. • Budget utilization of over US$ 30M/ year for current DD contractors. • Allocations for DD jobs among 4-5 DD contractors to ensure achieving their budgeted market share as per the contract.

Drilled various hole sections in different profiles of directional wells using conventional Mud Motors and RSS (horizontal, J-Type wells, and 3D.)

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: • Expert in QuickBooks Online. Helping clients post all financial transactions in QuickBooks Online. • Working with clients to reduce their A/Rs by implementing successful and compelling collection policies. Following up with the clients to collect their A/Rs. • Assisting small-business companies in Guelph turn around their Chart of Accounts, re-allocate transactions, and analyze the subsequent financial position with suggestions for appropriate cost control measures and processes. • Designed and implemented successful invoicing and collection policies to plummet clients’ DSO and improve the Cash Flow position. • Help clients prep their monthly financial statements. 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Assisting small-business companies carry out the departmentation process. Establishing Organizational Structure and finalize all Job Descriptions for every employee that improved the company’s V-Shape. • Per clients’ requests, help in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth processes, client satisfaction, and client value-adds. • Craft “Daily Operations Policy” starting from the sales process to closing the contract that clarifies the procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Supervised directional drilling crews to deliver J-Type, Horizontal, and OH Sidetracks for GBRS Algeria, Agip Eni Algeria (GSA), that met and exceeded the clients’ expectations using PDMs, PD 675 & PD 475 with DLS ranges 3-4 º/30m. • Delivered Horizontal Wells for Statoil & BP Algeria (JV Gas), Shale Gas Project, using PowerDrive RSS 9”, 6¾”, and 4¾”. • Authored, audited, and QAQC’ed all EOWR to highly meet & exceed the clients’ standards.

• Landed the first High Angle Well of BP Iraq in 8½” & 6” Hole with 3 & 6 DLS via PD X6 RSS. • Supervised the DD crew in projects for IPM (ZFOD “ENI & ExxonMobil Iraq”), ROO (BP Iraq), Petro-China to achieve Slant, S-Shape, CH Re-entry & OH wells (PDMs and PD X5/X6 475).

• Delivered ERD Horizontal Pregnant Lady Wells in Manifa Project. Hole sections were 16”, 12¼”, 8½” and 6⅛” Sections with DLS 2 – 3°/100 ft. • Analyzed proactively different drilling data, such as DDRs, DD daily reports, Mud Loggers’ reports, and daily mud reports. Accordingly, came up with optimum solutions to increase drilling cost-effectiveness. • Daily, interpreted hydraulic reports and T&D broomstick sheets to ensure drilling optimization. • Used Tools: PPK, GT & ERT MM (16”, 12¼” Sections), PD Xceed (12¼” & 8½” Sections) PD X5 (6⅛” Horizontal Sections). DOX 2.0 & 2.5.

• Supervised medium-radius wells for Dublin Int’l (DLS up to 20°/100 ft) with various profiles: Horizontal, Slant, “S Type”, Hook Shape and 3D Wells (DLS 4 ⁰/100 ft in 12¼” Sections, 10 ⁰/100 ft in 8½” Sections and 20⁰/100 ft in 6” Sections). Used PDMs, Negative Pule Geolink MWD & COMPASS-2000. • Oversaw OH Sidetrack, Correction Runs and Performance Jobs using Slick-Type PDM (National, Bico, Tomahawk and Cougar MM). • Assessed any abnormal well conditions (E.g. observed T&D, S&S or potential Stuck Pipe). Advised the client of any corrective measures to TD the well safely and cost-effectively. • Designed Slick Directional Assy. and decided on an appropriate ABH setting. • Exceeded client’s expectations through sticking on the planned well path. • Analyzed DDRs, Mud reports, Mud Logging data proactively and daily. • Full compliance with HSE policies. • Coached green-hands Directional Drilling Engineers.

• I ran Weatherford PCP, Hydraulic Jet Pump (HL). • Drilling and Fishing Jars: Bowen, Dailey, IPE, and Griffith • Started dealing with customers (WNPOC in Sudan) to maintain good relations. • Supervised shipping and following up logistics to ship any ALS tools to Kuwait. Ensured meeting ETA.

• I had great exposure to WFT PCPs, Hyd. Jet Pumps (HL), Liner Hanger Systems (NODECO & CARDIUM), Cementing Products (Float Equip, Mechanical Cementing Products and Annulus Casing Packers (ACPs) & Stage tools Systems) • Drilling and Fishing Jars: Bowen, Dailey, IPE, and Griffith
