Job Description: • Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor • Analyzing data collected and recording results • Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost • Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs • Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures • Making estimates of new and proposed product costs • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services • Maintaining Cost Accounting System for Worldwide Standard Cost (MYS,SXN,CCE, HOL,IRV) • Assisting in Month-end close of the General Ledger • Conducting physical inventories and monitoring cycle count program • To Analyze Monthly Expenses with Reasonable Explanation inclusive of PPV, Scrap and Etc • Preparing Debit/Credit Note for Interco with supporting information to analyze via Internal Order & Prepare Invoice to Scrap Vendor/MCE • Approved and Verify New ECO,CCB,CCR,OPRA via Agile for Worldwide New Creation, BOM Changes and Etc • To Conduct and Execute Worldwide Revaluation Standard Cost (MYS,SXN,CCE, HOL,IRV) • Preparing Excess and Obsolesce Report for Worldwide (MYS,SXN,CCE, HOL,IRV) • Preparing and Analyze of Global Warranty Report for Worldwide (MYS,SXN,CCE, HOL,IRV) • Preparing and Analyze of Ending Inventory for Worldwide (MYS,SXN,CCE, HOL,IRV) • Preparing any Customize Report requesting by MYS GM, VP International Finance, Director FP&A and CFO Printronix

> To verify and approved Purchase order for direct material and indirect material > To prepare weekly cash flow > To present monthly financial review during management meeting > To present quarterly review with CFO and CEO

Attend Customers Enquiry for Port services such as Trucking, Loading and Off loading Cargo, Cargo Storage, Vessel Berthing and ship handling. To calculate Actual cost in details inclusive Labor cost, Trucking cost, Loading and unloading cost and etc Prepare and approve official quotation to customer Prepare Tender submission to customer Attend Existing Tender and Submit New Tender for Petronas, Sapura Energy, Felda and etc Promote services across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak and International customer Promote services via exibition across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak
