Responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining PLC-based control systems to optimize and automate manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation systems for industrial processes and machinery. • Program and configure PLCs (Allen-Bradley) using appropriate software platforms (e.g., RSLogix,). • Develop, test, and debug control programs to meet specific process requirements. • Perform system integration, including configuring hardware and software to ensure seamless communication between PLCs, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), Servo Motion Contro, and other automation systems. • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical, mechanical, and control system issues. • Optimize existing control systems to enhance performance, safety, and energy efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define automation requirements and develop control strategies. • Conduct system tests, validate functionality, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and maintenance personnel.
