Cash flow management & financial planning. · Preparation for Loan documents / complying for Enhancement of CC and BG, Plant and machinery loan facility for new project. · Controlling accounts activity for all sites of company · Handling all type Notice Income tax, GST, ESI, PF, Msme, labaur Law. · Yearly finalization of accounts, dealing with statutory auditors’ compliance of accounts with accounting standards and Company Law.

Lead accounting operations across multiple Infrastructures project sites including EPC and civil contracts. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and finalization of annual accounts. Prepare MIS, financial planning, and cash flow management reports for management review. Ensure statutory compliance (GST, IT, PF, ESI, TDS) and handle tax notices. Liaise with banks and financial institutions for CC/BG enhancement, plant & machinery loans. Coordinate statutory audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company law.

· Accounting Functions: · Processing recording of all financial transactions of suppliers, contractors, transporters and responsibilities of accounts related activities including periodic review of trial balance on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. · Working on SAP (Operation) & ERP (upto Capitalization Stage) for Cement Plant & Captive Power Plant. · Project accounting (responsibility includes material reconciliation, civil/mech/elect/store purchase bill verification, controls aspect in project, budget tracking, suppliers/contractors reconciliation etc) · Coordination with the units, regions / HO Accounts for Inter-unit transaction & reconciliation on an ongoing basis. · Accounts Payables and Reconciliation of Vendors on Weekly basis for effective control. · Ensuring that all payments are made to vendors within the stipulated time frame & managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters and reconciliation with parties. · Responsibility of All Raw Material Accounting (2.5 MTPA Cement Plant And 35MW, 2*60MW Power Plant) · Auditing & Internal Control: · Co-coordinating activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory audits within time. · Interfacing with Internal Auditors & Statutory Auditors for review of Accounts. · Responsible for physical verification of fixed assets & Inventory. · Taxation & Statutory Compliance: · Service Tax, Excise & VAT Reconciliation between Accounts V/s Taxation department. · Accounting of WCT, TDS &reconciliation thereof (Monthly) including remittance the due within the stipulated Time. · Responsible for issue of Form 16 to vendors. · Budgeting & MIS: · Compilation of budgets, cash flow forecast and financial management on monthly and ad-hoc basis. · Fund Management: · Monitoring Daily fund receipt & submission their utilization to HO on fortnightly & monthly Interval. · Sales and distribution Accounting · Working in Different Jaypee RMO · Worked in Sales Accounts Department · Preparation of MIS like Daily Outstanding Report
