Mohanned is an experienced CEO, visionary and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience spanning a variety of industry sectors specializing in sustainable eco-system and local capability development through digital transformation, human capacity development and directly establishing or supporting the establishment of start-up organizations in both the public and private sector. He has successfully established a number of government and private enterprises including Tatweer, Takamol Holding and most recently as CEO, Lean Business Services with a 100% Saudi workforce and successfully achieving initial capital funding and increasing it 10 fold. He has also held leadership positions in the education, management consulting, technology & digital transformation roles after beginning his career in the USA in software development. Mohanned also holds positions on the boards of NIPCO and Takamol Holdings as board secretary and advisor roles. He has a passion for building the capabilities and capacity of the local Saudi Workforce, championing diversity & inclusion to enable the increased level of participation of women in the workforce, and spearheading many projects to ease access to the labor market. This has led him to volunteer for a variety of non-profits, government strategy focus groups and MSME start-ups in an enterprise strategy advisor role and as a strategic project consultant. He also acts as a mentor to start-up founders and new leaders through his role in the Ministry of Communication & Technology mentorship & coaching program, and the Project 1932 mentorship program.
