Mohannad alsheheimi

I am Muhannad Alsheheimi, a graduate in Communications and Electronics Engineering in 2021. I began my career in 2021 at Mustafa Sultan Enterprises as a Service Engineer, where I learned about fire alarm systems, as well as how to install and program surveillance cameras (CCTV). I also gained experience in access control systems and the building management system (BMS), In 2023, I joined Ericsson for the Vodafone project as a Field Maintenance Engineer, where I worked on tower maintenance and troubleshooting issues related to telecom cabinets. I learned how to diagnose and correct faults with high accuracy. I was also involved in performing ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) before the tower site became operational, In 2025, I joined Nokia as a Field Competence Support Engineer, where I worked with DWDM technology. We were responsible for managing the subcontractors involved in the project, following up with them continuously until the project was successfully handed over to the customer
