• Controlling Greenfield project which is having facility of mutifruit processing state-of-the-art facility for Aseptic, Frozen (IceGen, Plate freezing, blast freezing), +5 Deg cel Chiller rooms & -18 deg cel Deep Freezer rooms with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects • Successfully commissioned all processing aseptic & frozen line machines & Utility (boiler, electrification, etp, stp, wtp, refrigeration, air compressor, freeze & chiller rooms, and ventilation system) along with civil work. • Successfully put aseptic & frozen lines & allied all other machines into operation at full loads for Strawberry & Mango fruit processing. • Initiating, planning, executing and monitoring many activities in order to improve factory performance in order to target maximum OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) as: Yield performance/Cost performance/ Continual improvement • Initiating certain activities for continual development of factory performance with an active involvement of all internal, corporate office & external stakeholder • Leveraging thought process and knowledge/experience to take Manufacturing from a fulfilment function to a function that can give the business/s a competitive edge. (through real cost/quality/delivery differentiation from the market) • Mentoring, motivating & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations; recruiting personnel and organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings for staff for discussing issues and devising solutions for same

• Controlled projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects • Set new Benchmarks from season 2018 (Internal Gonde factory) for Yield which stands 56.22% for AAMP & 63.59% for ATMP with Average season yield stands 58.45%) • Improved factory performance in order to target maximum OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) as: Yield performance/Cost performance/ Continual improvement • Improved factory performance with an active involvement of all internal, corporate office & external stakeholders • Improved the quality of the products by improving yields, eliminating/reducing (wastes), and improving manufacturing processes, continuously • Monitoring plant capacity utilization and plant operational efficiency, application of LEAN techniques like Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Kanban, Standardized work, Mistake Proofing, FMEA and SPC • Worked on employees training & development; strategically managing influential external stakeholder (Statutory, Villagers & neighboring farmers) initiating towards Public relations development • Focused on factory aesthetics, environment protection, hygiene control, application of 5S methodology & Trees plantation, Water Conservation & Scrap management led to plant capacity utilization initiating & assigning task by management for introduction of new & other products/lines towards Diversification in existing set-up Developing & executing continuous improvement projects in all operating aspects, vendor negotiations and product performance Administered 3P (Project-process-product) initiatives; proceeding with COQ (Cost Of Quality) initiative which will provide lot of useful information for business planning in terms of corrective/preventive measures Successfully done submission of CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) for 2021 & 2022

Worked on Injesta Expeller Project where undigested animal waste was used as a fuel for FBC boilers resulting INR 2 crore saving in boiler operation and maintenance cost x 4 nos. contributing in INR 8 crore saving per annum
