- Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for HPDC aluminum components, ensuring uninterrupted production and optimal inventory levels. - Build and manage a robust supplier ecosystem, including vendor development, qualification, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation. - Oversee procurement of die tools, trimming tools, and fixtures, ensuring timely development, trials (T0/T1), and production readiness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, R&D, Finance) to align procurement with business and customer requirements. - Manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution, optimizing freight costs and delivery timelines (domestic & export).

- Worked in a 150 Crores Greenfield project for which inaugurated in Q2 2024, with extensive expertise in managing capital expenditures (CAPEX) and asset procurement. - In charge of Overall activities of Purchase department, High levels of integrity & professionalism in transactions & Vendor identification & conduct with suppliers, Responsible Preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers.

- Responsible for Domestic & Import purchases (Direct & Indirect). - Responsible for Sourcing & Supplier Management Activities for Commodity Purchase (Aluminum Die Casting (HPDC), Sheet Metal, FIP, Machined, Diecasting & Non -BOM Parts). - Managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms. - Responsible for rate agreements, vendor management, monthly provisioning and MIS. - Responsible for cost improvements VA/VE activities Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan. - Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job works. - Maintaining the Approved Vendor base data, material master data & creating info record between vendor & material.

Incharge of Overall activities of Purchase department, High levels of integrity & professionalism in transactions & conduct with suppliers, Responsible Preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers. • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report. • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures, Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to store on time. • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers, Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with supplier, Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.

• Responsible for Copper , Steel buying & Raw Material from Samsung • Responsible to Consumables, Spares, General, BOP, maintaining minimum inventory, Cost Saving activities, Vender Development etc. • Operating SAP/ERP. Entire purchasing & Stores function through SAP. • Keep top management informed at all times in business volume, material market that might affect the planning, profits or growth of the company. • Inventory Control, FIFO System, 5S, 3C, Audit function, Daily stock Maintains. • Planning in Production Dept, Liaising with Mkt Dept, working on Non-Moving Items (EOL parts). • Responsible for Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports

• Inventory control &Processing & preparing of Purchase orders, Quotations, and schedules for procurement of material & Meeting customer requirement on daily basis by arranging for timely dispatches to customers. • Inspection of Inward and outward Material. • Monitor and Update Stock Register. • Preparation of monthly MIS with regard to outstanding payments. • Preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN). • Follow up with vendors for material on time delivery. • Activities and conversant with system in ERP, MS-Office, Oracle.
