NEOM Projects - RFP Processes & Contract Management: Assist in RFP processes, draft and negotiate contracts, monitor contractor performance, ensure compliance, and handle contract issues. Review requests for deviations, settle claims, and maintain contract records. Upload contracts to ERP/share points, flag active/non-active contracts, and monitor expiration. Report cost savings, notify stakeholders before expiration, and ensure contracts are reviewed and signed per company policies. - Supplier Relationships: Negotiate and manage key supplier contracts, maintain contract records, and ensure communication and awareness of contract terms. - Process Control: Support process modification, automation, and implementation to ensure departmental standardization and effectiveness. - Policies & Procedures: Custodian of QA&QC policies and procedures. I worked as a site engineer in the NEOM project E 17 and as a consultant for BECHTEL International. The length of the road is 16643 m. The excavation quantities are approximately 850 square meters, and the backfilling quantities are 700 square meters. It also contains 22 culvert. The road connects Sharma Road to Tabuk and Sharma Road to Kial. work tasks : Managing parts of road projects. Supervision of road works. Surveys GPS. Examine designs and technical drawings to make sure they are being followed correctly. Supervising contract employees. Ensure that project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timelines Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional personnel, especially quantity surveyors and general project manager. Provide technical advice and solve problems on site. Preparing site reports and filling out other papers. Communicate with quantity surveyors about ordering and pricing materials. Ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability policies and legislation.

Working in the Project Management Office (PMO). Monitoring and Controlling 36 projects owned by several clients (MOT, MODON, QIDDIYA, NEOM, NWC, NHC and MOF).
