I am a Mechanical Engineer having experience of about 3.2 years in engineering and design. Working as a Design Engineer (Piping & Layout) at Neilsoft, India. Having hands-on experience in equipment and pipe modelling on CADISON, AutoCAD Plant 3D & Cadworx as per P&ID in Bio-Pharma as well as Oil & Gas sector. I am well versed with Codes and Standards used in Process piping in Oil & Gas projects. Have good knowledge of ASME B31.3 Process piping. Some of my key skills and responsibilities are:- • Pipe routing and equipment modeling according to P&ID. •Pump piping, Pipe rack piping, Air cooler piping, Heat exchanger piping, Filter piping, Control station piping, Column piping, Underground piping, Nozzle orientation and projection, etc. • PMS study and Support planning according to Support Standards. •Coordination with other piping disciplines i.e Process dept, Instrument dept, Civil dept, Mechanical dept, etc. • Also have good knowledge of some other softwares such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, etc. Good knowledge of MS Office for report formation. •Coordination with Piping Lead, Stress Lead and other discipline Leads for completion of work on time. •Strong ability to study P&ID's, Isometric drawings, GA drawings, Unit plot plan, Overall plot plan, Equipment datasheets and some other deliverables of piping department.
