In this position, I focus on aligning people strategies with business goals, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. *Key Responsibilities:* *Strategic HR & Administrative Leadership*  - Leading the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.  - Managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, leave, performance, exit).  - Supporting workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.  - Signing internal HR communications and coordinating with senior leadership.  - Collaborating with other departments to optimize administrative support. *Financial Oversight*  - Reviewing and approving payroll, end-of-service benefits, and employee allowances.  - Ensuring timely and compliant compensation processes in coordination with Finance. *Governmental & Operational Coordination*  - Liaising with government entities (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Baladiya, etc.). security, and asset management operations.  - Ensuring all offices and departments receive the administrative resources they need
