As CEO of Caribou Coffee MENAT, I proudly led the turnaround of a distressed business, achieving profitability through strategic store openings and closures. I spearheaded the entry into new markets, such 12 stores in Morocco over two years while maintaining core focus on profitable portfolio of 250 stores across the region. I enjoy the commitment to build strong leadership teams with a focus on diversity and inclusion, resulting in the promotion of numerous mid-level managers. In the 21-year tenure at Mars Inc., I worked in 6 countries and held a variety of jobs in Demand and Supply. As Global VP of FP&A and Business Partnership, I managed the financial strategy and capital decisions for global snacking portfolio over mid and long-term, and restructure the Global finance team. As the Saudi & Gulf Regional CFO of $500M business across six markets, I led major restructuring initiatives and a large JV buyout. As Supply Chain Regional CFO for Europe and Russia i was in charge of overseeing a network of 10 factories, $1bn Affiliates sales, managing CAPEX, operational excellence, commodity sourcing, and robust supply chain management. Before joining Mars, I worked at EY as an Audit and Consultancy Manager in Casablanca, led audit teams on complex projects, serving multinational clients in the FMCG, mining, and oil sectors. I hold a CPA and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration (ISCAE) in Casablanca, Morocco. I completed advanced training programs at both the University of Oxford and Harvard Business School and in 2023 was certified Board Member specializing in ESG and Cybersecurity from the Corporate Governance Institute in London.
