* Involvement in commissioning (Start-Up & shut down) activity through DCS teleprem XP. * Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient operation of Gas turbines, HRSGs and Steam turbines, generators, associated auxiliary equipment and substation through DCS. * Operating & maintaining the power plant with the maximum availability. * Analyzing plant operating problems and taking necessary steps to restore plant to normal operation.

* Operation of IWPP of capacity 770 MW (Siemens gas turbines 94.3A) and Desalination Plant of capacity 50MIGD (12.5X4) * Outage chairman for 2012 and 2013 year * Ensure all subordinates comply fully with the health and safety regulations. * Handled operations & commissioning process of 770MW/50MIGD combine cycle power plant. * Responsible of commissioning of GT and HRSG after miner and major outage * Studying the logics in engineering station to analyze and take action on single point failure. * Responsible of commissioning of desal after miner and major outage. * Acid cleaning of desal to improve performance. * Preparing PQR (Position Qualification Requirement) for training & assessing operators. * Performing efficiently Managers’ roles for multiple sections. * Coordinate between top management and operational wings to ensure proper accomplishment of department’s missions and projects. * Managing & monitoring operations to ensure service quality Proper assessments & preparations of work force and managing employees. * Attend meetings.
