I am Master of Computer Networks & Information Security with CCNA certified engineer. I’m working with The School of Research Science as an IT Network Support Engineer. I took care of daily tasks such as Managing users accounts, troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues, Networking Issues, installation and configuration of windows Operating Systems, DNS, DHCP, Active directory, taking backups, supporting end users, restricting websites to the limited use of employees etc. Overall I was the engineer for a firm which has total 700 numbers of staff and I was the person to solve the issues related to the hardware, software and network problems of the LAN consisting of 500 PCs.
