• Overall responsible for IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Uptime management of 99.95 % at the delivery center • Ensuring stability and availability of IT infrastructure components (Server / Network / Voice) to support a growing and dynamic business. • Responsible for ensuring IT Service delivery and SLA’s for multiple clients in line with contractual requirement • Budget planning and running the IT within the budget. • Conceptualize CI projects and show efficiencies to reduce the cost of IT operations. • Implementing specific IT support model for new clients being transitioned from different geographies • Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements • Responsible for implementing & managing IT Security requirements of the infrastructure based on client policies and internal standards • Manage and ensure audit compliance with regulatory requirements customer regulations and policies • Ensure continuous improvement in process and risk mitigation by implementing adequate risk control measures • Maintaining & Managing IT Infra compliance as per ISO & ISMS 9001/27001adherence.
