 Review contract documents to ensure identification and comprehension of quality requirements.  Develop & Control Quality documents such as Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Procurement plan, Method statements and approval from Client.  Plan, coordinate and direct quality program designed to ensure consistency with established standards.  Establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product and direct inspectors over testing activities.  List procurement inspection criticality for various items and prepare audit schedules and vendor quality requirements  Review / approve supplier / sub-contractor quality plans  review and approve project material certification  Ensure that the Internal & External Quality Audits are carried out as per the Schedule.  Participate in internal & external audits and assessments.  Assess vendor for compliance to ISO 9000 and their capability in meeting specific project requirements on materials, welding, and painting. Identify areas requiring reinforcements and rectification before placing P.O.  Reviewing Request for Quotation for its compliance with Aramco Standards and Technical Requirements.  Assigning Inspection levels and Applicable Standards for each item as per Saudi Aramco standards (SAEP-1151).  Reviewing Purchase Requisitions, material submittals (including Quotations) as per Aramco requirements.  Preparing IAP (Inspection Assignment Package) and submitting to client for approval.  Review Pre-Inspection Meeting agenda and attend the meeting  Coordinate all inspection requirements for TPI inspector’s  Control the number of inspection visits to restrict to budgeted figure.  Perform a few field inspections at local vendors. Verify product for its compliance to approved data sheets drawings, witness testing as per approved ITP.  Oversee preparation and submission of SPDPs, Project Record Books and Material FDRs and final documentation dossier.
