Project: (Arkan Crowne Plaza Hotel-IHG) Sub-Project from Arkan Plaza (Extension) Scope: Design Review, Build and Handover to the operator (Owner and contractor). • Managed low-voltage systems for Arkan Crowne Plaza Hotel as part of Arkan Plaza project, • overseeing technical aspects and execution, ensuring successful delivery to the operator. • Reviewed consultant's designs at all stages, from concept to detailed design, leading up to the tender/IFC (Issued for Construction) stage. • Created detailed shop drawings and collaborated with the MEP team for effective coordination. • Prioritized and applied value engineering principles throughout the project stages. • Supervised and managed project implementation. • Developed cause-and-effect matrix for mechanical systems, connecting it to the fire alarm system, and transmitting it to the system integrator for programming. • Contributed to MEP team, representing the company and owner, in the handover to the Civil Defense committee, conducting testing and commissioning for operational license. • Handover: managed the handover process, receiving ELV systems from integrators with preliminary reports and initiating the warranty period as per contracts. • Handover: delivered Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems to IHG operator consultant, TUV NORD (Third Party). • Handover: Delivered all systems to the operator with final reports to safeguard the company's assets. • Managed end-to-end implementation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTx) telecommunication network in the Arkan project, ensuring delivery to various clients. • Managed the invoicing process based on completion percentages and technical standards. • Proficient in using Fusion Splicing Machine, Optical Time Domain OTDR, Visual Fault Locator (VFL), and related fiber optic devices. • Represented the company in delivering the internal Passive Optical Network (PON) to the Egyptian Telecommunication Company (WE, as the first operator)
