• Manage HR affairs related to Planning and Development such as training needs, employees' appraisal, tracking HR KPIs, organization chart modification, job evaluation, and grading, designing job descriptions, career, and succession planning, and designing onboarding process. As well as, assisting in manpower planning. • Process HR requests and queries in Oracle system. • Designing HR official forms and policies in comply with labor law and company policies. • Perform headhunt search for managerial-level positions in the company, listing the most qualified candidates that meet the company’s criteria. Then, report the filtered lists to the concerned director.
