Laboratory controls, Room pressure monitoring etc. - To Estimate individually or assign a team for Estimation and select appropriate and accurate material, system vendors and scope of work Following company policy and compliance. - To estimate costs in projects, spare parts, service contracts, Execution/Engineering costs, 3rd party vendors and make a budget considering risk factors, fright charges, Bank regulations, Negotiations etc. - To Make/Review a Technical BoQ, Prequalification, Technical submittals and prepare the inclusions and exclusion of our proposal (Both technical and commercial). - To use inhouse estimation tools for generations of standardized BOQs, Quotations etc. and - Managing deadlines for the bids, getting approvals from management, legal etc., Payment terms and Local standards and building relations & trust with the clients

- Forecasting & executing a procurement plan for the project by checking the Project Details, BoQs, Scope of work, prequalifying 3rd party Vendors, Preparing the RFQ and inviting Qualified vendors for a BID. - Coordinating with the estimation department and site teams for processing the purchases for 3rd party Vendors, Sub contractors, in-house procurements considering other parameters. Highlight price escalations and missing information etc. - Work extensively by using previous technical expertise, negotiation skills and do value engineering there by reducing the budget allocated for the project. - To make a healthy competition between vendors and monitor the requirements of the project specifications, client requirements & to conduct E-Bidding, open and closed (time based) bidding for the projects and create a win-win situation. - Issuing and generating the purchase orders, contracts, agreements etc. manually or through Software’s like (SAP) after considering all aspects like Budget, payment terms, delivery time, services etc. there by following high quality policy and company standards. - Coordination’s with all the bidders and support by providing technical details and projects requirements, timeline etc. - Handling complete packages and turnkey solutions for systems from installation of 1st fix, 2nd fix, long lead items/ equipment’s, systems, and service contracts for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Completed diverse projects and proven ability to negotiate, engage, Monitor, and manage ICT Systems, System Integrators, ELV Systems/Products, Network /System layouts, Bridging gaps between the requirement of projects and suppliers - Technical review for MEP & ELV Systems in Tender documents, Specifications, IFC Drawings, Contract/scope of work, Raising RFIs, Coordination with the estimation team and reviewing proposals received during Estimation stage. - coordination with technical team members, Reviewing & Confirming technical submittals, coordination with client, Preparing/Reviewing Shop drawings, - Solving technical issues in the design phase, do value engineering by identifying early issues, highlighting & solving problems/errors, and working in coordination with all departments for project/task completion. and weekly goals. - Continuous engagement with site team until the end of project to ensure design, programming, implementation as per the contracts and change orders. - Follow up with the clients, suppliers/Vendors, lead weekly meetings, supervising a team to perform installation activities.

- Preparing the Project BOQ, IO list for BMS System as per the design, Checking the Vendors proposals and approvals, managing a team of technicians, checking the specifications etc. - Coordination with the contractors and site consultants and follow up for approvals. Executing the scope of work, expediting material delivery within the time frame as per project plan/ Procurement Plan. - Internal coordination with the Procurement, Estimation, Design team for completion of the scope. - Providing details for any variation orders or change orders during the project execution phase. - Ordering material required at the site after completing the approval for systems, Devices, equipment’s as required. - Solving problems related to trouble shooting, Programming errors, Estimations there by significantly reducing the project allocated cost.

- To Create CRM, follow up with the team and estimate the budget & the Target for the new financial year. - Direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clients, consultants, and contractors - To generating inquiries, HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, BMS, Valves etc.) design including Controls, unit distribution, quote, negotiations and follow up to hit the Target, providing training to the client staff. - Maintaining Good relationship with the Customer and building trust along with maintaining database for the customers and other associates.
