Head of Project Management Office (PMO) with main responsibilities : 1- Monitor all projects under PMO ( 14 ongoing projects ). 2- Provide detailed dashboard about projects status as quarterly based. 3- Develop procedures about choosing project form projects portfolio. 4- Reporting about load factor of resources. 5- Reporting about issues in projects and activate steering committee. 6- Performing processes and procedures regards to initiation, monitoring and closing projects.

Project manager with main responsibilities : 1- Develop project management plan for all areas of project. 2- Monitor and control Project scope. 3- Control project cost and schedule. 4- Contact regularly with stakeholders. 5- Solving project issues in timely manner. 6- Conduct weekly meeting with team member to control progress

Co-project manager with main responsibilities : 1- Reporting to project manager about team and project progress. 2- Reporting to project manager about issues during project life cycle. 3- Submit report about project progress to PMO.

I worked as PMO officer with main responsibilities : 1- Follow with project managers about projects phased and deliverables. 2- Performing reports about project performance in regards of time, cost, and scope. 3- Awareness sessions about procedures of PMO.

Fix all technical issues which faces by pharmacist and solve it as faster as you can, main issues we faced network issues,hardware issues and software issues. We was working as team work every engineer responsible about number of pharmacies between 20 to 35 in some times it is reach to 45 pharmacies.
