TENDERS/INQUIRIES (MV & LV CABLES) | HV Cables •Design and develop power & control cables for Low Voltage (LV), Fire-resistant Cables & Medium Voltage (MV) in compliance with international standards. •Providing pre-sales technical support for RFQs, RFPs, and bidding processes across GCC and international markets for sales and export team. •Prepare detailed cable construction specifications, Bill of Materials(BOM), and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) using design tools like Advaris, SAP, AutoCAD, or equivalent. •Handling technical aspects of tenders and inquiries (MV & LV Cables)and supporting ongoing HV cable design implementation. •Performing essential cable design calculations including current-carrying capacity, short-circuit rating (adiabatic/non-adiabatic), voltage drop, and derating factors to ensure compliance with project and Customer requirements as per International standards. •Customize cable designs based on project-specific requirements for utilities, oil & gas, contractors and industrial sectors. •Collaborate with R&D and production teams for prototype development, cost optimization, and material selection. •Maintain technical documentation and version control for audits and quality assurance. •Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. Sales Order Execution (Order Processing & Production Coordination): •Process and release sales orders to production upon final confirmation of customer requirements and technical submittals approvals. •Conduct pre-production verification of all technical documents including TDS, Manufacturing instructions, construction drawings, and packing instruction. •Generate accurate production BOMs in SAP with detailed material requirements as per Design approval. •Resolve production challenges by coordinating between Sales, Planning and Manufacturing teams.
